Exclusive Benefit

Private Member Reservations

Community Members receive the ability to reserve Loft 130 for personal use.

Unlike traditional reservations, this benefit is available exclusively to Community Members.

Members may use their reservation for personal gatherings, meetings, celebrations, workshops, club activities, appreciation events, and other private member-hosted functions.

Good Stewardship

Member Responsibilities

To maintain a great experience for all members, the following policies apply:

The member must be present during the entire reservation.
The member is responsible for all guests, vendors, and activities associated with the reservation.
Members may bring their own food, décor, and vendors.
All trash and items brought into the space must be removed at the conclusion of the reservation.
A $200 cleaning fee applies to each reservation.
Maximum occupancy limits apply.
