Loft 130 is designed for intimate, high-impact events including micro weddings, styled shoots, brand events, workshops, private parties, retirement celebrations, client appreciation events, and high-end baby showers.
Seated events: up to 100 guests. Standing / cocktail-style: up to 150 guests. All events adhere strictly to fire code and safety requirements.
No. Loft 130 specializes in micro weddings, elopements, styled weddings for content creation, and small elevated celebrations. If you're planning a large 150+ guest wedding, this is not the right fit.
Every rental includes full access to the studio, tables, chairs, linens, full place settings (plates, forks, knives, glassware), setup and breakdown time, and on-site support if needed.
Yes. You're welcome to bring your own caterers, planners, florists, DJs, and photographers. We also have a preferred vendor list if you'd like guidance.
We offer hourly rentals (for content and smaller bookings), half-day, and full-day rentals. All rentals include setup and breakdown time within your reserved window.
Yes. A parking garage is located directly across the street, with additional garages just a few blocks away. Your guests will have multiple convenient options.
No. We keep pricing simple and consistent — flat rates year-round regardless of the day of the week, season, or demand. All bookings are first come, first served.
